A growing collection of reasons — historical, philosophical, scientific — behind the Christian faith. Written in the first person, out of love, for anyone curious enough to look.
If you have a specific question, honest questions is the entry point. If you came in cold, the recommended path is gospel → history → origins → mind & meaning.
The sections, in the order they build:
- The Gospel — the message at the center
- Origins — universe, earth, life
- History — Jesus and the resurrection as a historical case
- Mind & Meaning — consciousness, morality, suffering, meaning
- Honest Questions — entry by the question you brought
The site is in active construction. I am writing it slowly, one piece at a time, and the pieces here now are first drafts that I expect to revise. Pieces are dated only by their git history; if you want to follow the work, the repo is linked at the top of every page.
One last note: this site is not an attempt to win an argument. It is an attempt to lay out, carefully, the reasons I find Christianity to be true — and to do that in a way that respects you enough to give you the actual evidence, not the slogan version. I would rather you walk away unconvinced after seeing the real case than convinced by a weak one. The real case is, in my reading, much stronger than the slogans. But you can decide that.
